A: Normally if the TYPE-C interface has a symbol like “DP”, or is labeled as Thunderbolt 3 or Thunderbolt 4, it is full-featured. If there are no symbols, please refer to your laptop’s user manual or online specifications.

Q: How do I connect my laptop to the TUTT S2?

Make sure your laptop supports 2 video signal outputs to enable both screens. This means your laptop should have:

• Two full-featured USB-C ports (supporting video & power), or
• One full-featured USB-C + one HDMI + one USB-A port

Note: HDMI and USB-C to USB-A cables need to be used at the same time.

Q: My laptop works with TUTT S2, but the screen sometimes flickers or disappears. What should I do?

A: This happens when your laptop’s port doesn’t provide stable or sufficient power. Please use a 5V/2A (or higher) wall adapter to supply additional power.
